SIZING:
Tanks do run small so please check size chart before ordering. Sizing up is a good idea. Tank tops are 60% cotton/40% polyester.
Shirts are all professionally and carefully pressed on high heat, high pressure with commercial grade quality HTV. Glitter HTV (if used) is embedded in the fabric and will not flake off.
All shirts are machine washable. For best care, turn inside out and wash in cold water. Air dry only, no dryers please! Do not use bleach or iron on the design. Please check size charts located on each listing for specific sizing. As policy lists, returns and refunds will not be issued to do mistakes in sizing.

All items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail unless Priority upgrade is chosen at checkout. Tracking number is provided on all orders once shipped. Insurance is not included, however, if you would like to add insurance to your package, please message us PRIOR to making your purchase. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

UNISEX VS LADIES FIT
Many tops offered here at KK made have the option for a ladies fit or a unisex fit. Ladies fit runs smaller and tighter, and unisex fit is looser. Ladies v necks are also lower cut than the unisex. Please see each individual size chart for specifics. Ladies fit does run small so size up at least once. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR WRONG SIZE ORDERED.

NO RETURNS on custom items, unless a mistake is made by the shop. If a mistake is made contact shop and a prepaid label will be sent.
Incorrect items are required to be returned before shipping correct ones. Please note, sizing issues do not constitute a mistake on the shop's part, as size charts are available upon request. Returns/Refunds/ order issues must be requested within 48 hours of order delivery. ALL SALES FINAL.

I absolutely take custom orders! Please send me a message and we can discuss the item you are wanting. Note: After we decide what it is you are wanting I will set up a custom listing for you, once the listing is purchased I will then send you a mock up of the design in my software. No mock ups will be sent without purchase of the listing first. After your approval of the design, no changes can be made.

Due to the custom nature of my items if a cancellation to an order needs to be done a request should be made within 5 hours of order placement. After 5 hours no cancellation requests can be honored, as I do work as quickly as possible to gather supplies needed for each order. If I have already started gathering supplies for your order needing to be cancelled, a restocking fee may apply.

Items sent out are in good working order. After 14 days of delivery if an issue arises (item breaks, tears, etc) KK Made cannot warrantee items. Of course if there is an issue with an item upon arrival, it should be brought to our attention immediately (within 48 hours of delivery). Shop holds the ability to refuse a warranty if heavy misuse is evident. Normal wear and tear does not count.
