Once dispatched, approx delivery timescales for orders where 'Standard Shipping' is selected at checkout, are as follows. Please note delivery times are estimates, I cannot be responsible for delays caused by extreme weather etc!

UK: 2-3 business days
Europe: 1-4 weeks
Canada and USA: 1-4 weeks
Rest of the world: 1-4 weeks

Should your order not arrive within the above time frames, please drop me an ETSY message providing confirmation of your order details and I will look into it ASAP!

Please be reassured that I always do my best to ensure your items are packaged to arrive with you in perfect condition! I understand, however, that accidents in transit can happen and I will do my best to resolve any issues for you!

Should you receive a damaged item, please pop me an ETSY message on the day of receiving your goods, providing a couple of photos of the item(s) you have received. I aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours of receipt.

Please note, if an item has been worn or has become broken or damaged after use, it may be necessary for me to receive the item back in order for repairs to be made. In these circumstances the buyer must pay for the return postage costs.

Simply pop me an ETSY message and I aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours. Please ensure you include and images or additional information where necessary in order for me to resolve any queries ASAP.

If for any reason you need to return an item to me, please note all postage costs must be covered by the buyer, where items are received in perfect condition. Original postage costs cannot be refunded.

Due to unexpected demand, I am unfortunately not able to provide gift wrapping at this time. Gift notes will be printed and attached to items if a note is left at checkout. Please understand this service may be withdrawn at any time.

I currently offer free standard shipping on orders over £35/$35 worldwide! Please note, standard shipping does not include tracking or signature on delivery. If tracking is required, please ensure you select this option at checkout.

Proof of posting can always be provided, however I cannot be responsible for any items lost in postage should an untracked shipping method be selected.

Due to the ongoing and ever changing situation amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, I kindly ask all customers to expect orders to take longer than usual to arrive. ESTIMATED but not guaranteed delivery times are as follows;

UK orders - approx 2-3 working days after dispatch.
INTERNATIONAL orders - 2-6 weeks after dispatch.

Processing times (to make and dispatch orders are currently 3-10 working days).
I HIGHLY recommend a TRACKED shipping method is chosen at checkout if you wish full details of your item(s) and their journey. This can ONLY be provided if TRACKED shipping is purchased at checkout. Standard shipping does not come with tracking info.

You can measure your ring size using string or similar. Wrap it around the base of your finger, marking where the string first overlaps with a pen. Then, line that up with a ruler and take down its length in millimetres. An approx conversion to UK sizing can be found below.

J – 48.7mm, K – 49.9mm, L – 51.2mm, M – 52.5mm, N – 53.8mm, O – 55mm, P – 56.3mm, Q – 57.6mm, R – 58.9mm, S – 60.1mm, T – 61.4mm, U – 62.7mm, V – 64mm, W – 65.2mm, X – 66.5mm

Remember, due to the style of my rings, they are sized XS, S, M and L, to accommodate the stone and wrap band. For example, XS fits J/K, Small fits L/M etc. This is worth considering when deciding on your size! :)
